Red Sun was formed by bored high school kids in 2003 with nothing better to do growing up in a small town. With all venues in the area 21+, Red Sun was committed to a DIY ethic from the very beginning: Playing at local halls, skateparks, and free outdoor festivals around Northeast Ohio. Fast forward 7 years and 100+ shows later; Red Sun has earned its reputation as a band on the rise.
